1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, username, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan.

We automatically collect connection metadata when traffic passes through our proxy, including IP addresses, timestamps, protocol versions, and packet counts. This data is used for DDoS filtering and analytics.

We collect standard web analytics data when you visit our website, including browser type, device information, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send service-related notifications, and respond to support requests.

Connection metadata is used for real-time threat detection, traffic analytics, and improving our filtering algorithms. We do not inspect game traffic payload content.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

Connection analytics data is retained according to your plan tier: 7 days for Free and Shield plans, 30 days for Guardian, and 90 days for Fortress. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted.

Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for DNS and edge network services. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request. We will notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

5. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal information through your account settings or by contacting us at support@pixelshield.net.

You may request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. You may also request that we restrict or stop processing your data.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
