By accessing or using PixelShield ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

PixelShield provides DDoS protection proxy services for Minecraft game servers, including Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, and Geyser cross-play servers. The Service includes traffic filtering, load balancing, analytics, and related features as described on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to protect servers that host illegal content, facilitate harassment, or violate the rights of others.

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service. You may not use the Service to launch attacks against any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.

Service level agreements (SLAs) are available for qualifying paid plans as described on our pricing page.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall PixelShield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activity that could harm the Service or other users.
